Arm, side roll and cable tarping systems for dump trucks and trailers. Installed in our West Mifflin shop or shipped nationwide.
Neilly Canvas sells, installs and services dump truck tarp systems for dump trucks, dump trailers and roll-off trucks. We ship systems and parts nationwide.
Before we recommend a system, we ask one question: what are you hauling? Asphalt, stone, debris and coal each call for a different tarp and a different system.
The right system depends on your truck body and your load. These are the systems we sell most:
Arms swing the tarp over the box from front to back. Common on dump trucks and dump trailers.
Side roll tarp systems roll or flip the tarp across the top from one side.
Cables pull the tarp along the length of the box. Common on roll-off trucks.
A hand crank or pull system for lighter use and tighter budgets.
We also supply transfer trailer systems and crushed car hauler systems. Not sure which fits? Tell us your truck and load and we'll recommend one.
An electric tarp system opens and closes the tarp with a switch in the cab, using a direct drive motor. The driver stays on the ground.
A manual system uses a hand crank. It costs less and has no motor to service.
We install and service both. We also stock the motors, switches and springs that keep electric systems running.
We stock Mountain Tarp, Roll-Rite and Aero parts, and we can source components for other brands.
Parts we carry include arms, direct drive motors, bearings, switches and springs for trucks and tractor trailers.
We also make replacement tarps for arm systems. That includes asphalt tarps, triaxle tarps and mesh tarps for coal, debris and stone. Worn tarps can often be repaired instead.
We install tarping systems in our shop at 1200 Lebanon Rd. in West Mifflin, PA. A typical install takes 8 to 12 hours, depending on the system.
We test every system and show your driver how it works before the truck leaves. Outside driving distance? We ship the system and parts to you.
The right tarping system for your truck depends on the truck body and what you haul. Arm systems are common on dump trucks and dump trailers. Cable systems are common on roll-offs. Tell Neilly Canvas your truck and your load, and we'll recommend a system.
Yes, Neilly Canvas stocks Mountain Tarp and Roll-Rite parts, along with Aero tarping system parts.
Choosing an electric or manual tarp system comes down to speed and budget. An electric system runs from a switch in the cab, so the driver never climbs onto the load. A manual system uses a hand crank and costs less.
A tarping system takes about 8 to 12 hours to install at Neilly Canvas, depending on how complex the system is.
Neilly Canvas does both. We install tarping systems in our West Mifflin, PA shop and ship systems and parts nationwide.
